Early Sunday morning, former football star O.J. Simpson was released from prison after serving a nine-year stint for a botched armed robbery in Las Vegas.
Simpson was released shortly after midnight local time and immediately got into a vehicle and was driven away.
There was no word on who picked Simpson up nor where he was headed, but he was eventually spotted at a gas station in Nevada’s Amargosa Valley before being approached by a cameraman.
The cameraman asked Simpson how it felt to be out and “Juice” gave his first public comments since his release.
As far as Simpson is concerned, he just wants the media to leave him a lone for a little while.

“Y’all stalking me? Jesus, man…I’m in a car for the last five hours, so how do I know how it feels to be out? Hey, man, I’ve been in nowhere U.S.A. for the last nine years doing nothing. Nothing has changed in my life. What do you guys, expect? Please can I have a break, here? God bless, take care guys. Yeah, nothing’s changed.”
