New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski is the ultimately bro.
However, he also gives back to his community and his heart was on display recently when he surprised a Make-A-Wish kid for a surprise football game in his backyard.
Ryan Freeney, a seven-year-old suffering from neurofibromatosis which leads to tumors growing on nerves throughout the body, said he wanted a football field at his home. Gronk and Make-A-Wish went above and beyond to make that dream come true.
Ryan is currently receiving chemotherapy for an optic tumor.
