Michelle Beadle Says ‘Enough Is Enough’ From ‘Garbage’ LaVar Ball

It seemed like LaVar Ball had gone away for a while. The father of two talented basketball players (and one that everyone forgets about) dominated headlines throughout the NBA pre-draft process and through the NBA summer league.

Now that the NBA offseason is over, he’s back and finding his way in front of a camera on a nightly basis.

Lonzo Ball made his debut with the LA Lakers in highly publicized, and highly disappointing fashion on Oct. 19 against the Los Angeles Clippers. After bouncing back the following night against the Phoenix Suns, LaVar Ball found himself on ESPN for a second consecutive night.

Michelle Beadle, for one, didn’t care for it. She had a strongly worded message for ball on Friday’s edition of SportsNation that could be boiled down to one word: Garbage.

I’m with @MichelleDBeadle on this one. Enough is enough. Last night was not what we needed from LaVar.

LaVar Ball has been rubbing people the wrong way since he started rubbing elbows around the league. From his outspoken personality to his clothing line and everything in between, Beadle hates all of it.

Everyone wants LaVar to go away, but don’t expect it to happen anytime soon. Lonzo is two games into what could be a long NBA career. LiAngelo and LaMelo figure to become NBA players as well if all goes according to plan.

Barring some kind of moment of enlightenment that changes LaVar Ball’s personality in a profound way, you’ll be able to catch him on television somewhere for the next 30 years.
