One of the most stunning moments of the college football season came last weekend when the Ohio State Buckeyes were blown out on the road by the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Despite the team’s success in recent years, missing out on the College Football Playoff this season seems to have irked the Buckeyes.
That was never more clear than when the Ohio State women’s water polo team took to Twitter.
After steamrolling Wisconsin in a match on Monday, the team put head coach Urban Meyer on blast with a comment about knowing what it takes to secure a victory.
Once the comment was made, the Twitter account went private.

Emotions are running high in Columbus after the disappointing loss and it’s clear that some on campus are still trying to deal with the pain of missing out on the College Football Playoff for the second time in four years.
