Kansas Football Players Punished For Snubbing Baker Mayfield Handshake

Three Kansas football players have received punishment for snubbing Oklahoma star Baker Mayfield of a pre-game handshake last weekend.
On Tuesday, it was announced that the three players — linebacker Joe Dineen Jr., defensive tackle Daniel Wise and defensive end Dorance Armstrong Jr. — have been stripped of their captaincy.
None of the players will miss any game action.
The move mirrors one made by the Sooners, which stripped Mayfield of his captaincy ahead of the final home game of his college career.

This weekend, the 1-10 Jayhawks travel to take on Oklahoma State in the season finale. Oklahoma, meanwhile, takes on West Virginia.
