Boxing star Manny Pacquiao created a stir on social media Thanksgiving morning when he teased a fight that nobody has been asking for.

With a post on Twitter, Pacquiao wished UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor a “Happy Thanksgiving” before appearing to tease a potential boxing match between the two in 2018.

“Happy Thanksgiving @TheNotoriousMMA Stay fit my friend. #realboxingmatch #2018,” Pacquiao wrote.

Pacquiao accompanied his message with a photo of McGregor.

Both men are coming off of losses.

McGregor dropped his boxing debut to Floyd Mayweather in August, while Pacquiao last fought in July when he dropped an incredibly controversial decision against Jeff Horn which cost him his WBO world welterweight championship.
