Erik Ainge Childishly Attacks Lane Kiffin: You Suck, I Don't Want You Here

Former Tennessee Vols football star Erik Ainge bizarrely attacked FAU’s Lane Kiffin, who many fans in Knoxville want to return as head coach.
Well, Ainge doesn’t want Kiffin to coach the Vols, so he decided to childishly attack Kiffin in a series of direct messages on Twitter. If that wasn’t embarrassing enough, Ainge was apparently proud of his comments and shared them for the world to see on social media.
The messages included “you suck” and “you can go anywhere else. Not here… I don’t want you to coach here.”
Kiffin responded to Ainge, burying him by pointing out how foolish he was acting. He wrote back, “Does your son have ur phone? Aren’t you u a professional show host?” He later added, “Never said I wanted to [return to coach at Tennessee].”
Ouch. That’s a major L for Ainge. Here is the full exchange:

Ainge continued bashing Kiffin because of because he knows “too much” and “other stuff you prob don’t even know about man.”

This is just a terrible look for Ainge and the latest embarrassment in what has been a debacle of a search for the next Vols football coach. Eventually the drama in Knoxville will end, but childish behavior like this is going to help no one and will only scare off prospective coaches.
