Colin Kaepernick is currently out of the NFL which many believe is a direct result of the movement he started by kneeling in protest of racial inequality and systemic racism during the national anthem.
But could there be a way back into the league for Kaepernick that doesn’t involve a direct role on the field?
On Sunday night, rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs expressed his interest in buying the Carolina Panthers after news broke that owner Jerry Richardson, currently being investigated for inappropriate workplace behavior, is putting the team up for sale.
And if Diddy is going to get an ownership team together, Kaepernick wants in.
I want in on the ownership group! Let’s make it happen! https://t.co/sDR4ciciY8

Kaepernick isn’t the only athlete who wants in on the ownership group, either.

Wouldn’t that be something?
You know NFL owners would do everything in their power to block Kaepernick being involved in ownership in any way, but ultimately, if the group could put together the money the league would have to listen.
What do you think: Could Colin Kaepernick be coming soon to an owner’s box near you? We can only hope.
