USF football star Quinton Flowers made history on Saturday afternoon.
During the team’s Birmingham Bowl matchup against Texas Tech, Flowers broke the AAC record for most total career yards.
Flowers topped the mark in the second quarter of the game.
The previous conference record for the AAC was held by former Temple quarterback P.J. Walker’s with 11,439 total yards.

The game was tied, 10-10, at halftime. at Legion Field in Alabama.
Currently, the No. 23 Bulls trail the Red Raiders, 27-24, with just over five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.
