UFC star Paige VanZant is set to make her flyweight debut on Jan. 14 at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri against Jessica-Rose Clark.
In anticipation of the her 125-pound debut, VanZant is ramping up her training. One of the videos VanZant recently shared was a garage mitt session with her boyfriend, CageSport welterweight champion Austin Vanderford, which had a bit of a hiccup.
During a combination, VanZant threw a 1-2 followed by a headkick which landed on Vanderford, who failed to get the mitts up in time.
The couple reacted with some shared laughter before getting right back to work.
