The NC State football team caps off its 2017 campaign on Friday afternoon with a matchup against the Arizona State Sun Devils in the Hyundai Sun Bowl.
NC State will be looking to secure a win without star defensive end Bradley Chubb.
Just hours before kickoff, Chubb told Mark Armstrong of WTVD 11 that he has decided to skip the bowl game, though he did travel with his teammates to be with them one final time.
Chubb said he came to his decision a couple of weeks ago.
