The Ultimate Fighting Championship ends 2017 this weekend UFC 219: Cyborg vs. Holm, but 2018 kicks off with a bang in less than a month with a championship double-header at UFC 220 in Boston.
In the main event of UFC 220, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic will put his title on the line against top contender Francis Ngannou. In the co-main event, light heavyweight title holder Daniel Cormier defends his belt against Volkan Oezdemir.
With thousands of fans in Las Vegas to end the year this weekend, the UFC will begin ramping up its promotion for UFC 220 with a special press conference on Friday afternoon.
UFC 220 takes place Jan. 20 at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
