The Ultimate Fighting Championship kicked off its 2018 pay-per-view calendar on Saturday night with UFC 220.
The event was headlined by a championship double-header and capped off the night with two dominant performances from the title holders.
In the co-main event, Daniel Cormier steamrolled Volkan Oezdemir to retain his light heavyweight championship.
To finish off the night, heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic was able to avoid the power of Francis Ngannou before overwhelming the challenger en route to a dominant five-round decision. With the win, Miocic set a record for most heavyweight title defenses in UFC history.
UFC 220 also featured some beautiful knockouts fromΒ Calvin Kattar, Rob Font, Abdul Razak Alhassan and Islam Makhachev.
