On Sunday night, the 2018 Royal Rumble will take place at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center. For the first time in history, a women’s winner will join the long list of Royal Rumble champions.
Entering tonight’s Royal Rumble, only seven wrestlers have won the match multiple times.
Stone Cold Steve Austin holds the record formost Royal Rumble wins with three, while Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Batista, John Cena and Randy Orton have each won the Rumble twice.
The longest time spent in a single Royal Rumble match belongs to Rey Mysterio Jr., who was in the match for 1 hour and 2 minutes before winning back in 2006.
Other wrestlers to spend more than an hour in the ring for a single Royal Rumble are Chris Benoit, Bob Backlund, Triple H, Chris Jericho and Ric Flair.
