Donald Trump likes to brag about a lot of things, but perhaps nothing more than his golf game.
The president, who has spent seemingly as much time at his golf clubs than the White House during his presidency, is always seen golfing on the weekends and he claims to have an incredible game.
Trump has claimed 19 club championships and a 2.8 handicap, but like most things, it seems like he might be exaggerating his talents and success.
LPGA star Suzann Pettersen recently discussed the president’s golf game during an interview with Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang and gave her assessment which seems more believable than what the president boasts.
“He cheats like hell,” Pettersen said. “So I don’t quite know how he is in business. They say that if you cheat at golf, you cheat at business. He always says he is the world’s best putter. But in all the times I’ve played him, he’s never come close to breaking 80.
“But what’s strange is that every time I talk to him he says he just golfed a 69, or that he set a new course record or won a club championship some place. I just laugh.”
