The UCF football program has had plenty of fun on social media since finishing off its undefeated 2017 campaign.
On Wednesday, they continued that trend by celebrating Valentine’s Day with a very special message.
UCF used its official Twitter account to share their love with all of the haters who have been blowing up the team’s account since finishing their perfect year.
Sure, the Knights may have been asking for the trolls to come out with their “national championship” campaign, but they were able to give it right back with their own Valentine’s Day card.
The message read:
“Roses are red
“Perfection got us attention
“Now the haters can’t seem to stay out of our mentions”
we ❤ you pic.twitter.com/2pJzyktnDP

Well played, Knights.
UCF will be moving forward in 2018 with former Missouri offensive coordinator Josh Heupel serving as the new head coach. Scott Frost, meanwhile, is moving on to take over the Nebraska Cornhuskers after leading UCF to an incredible turnaround during his brief tenure.
