Don’t link Jalen Ramsey to Jimbo Fisher, especially since the head coach left Florida State for Texas A&M.
This week, Texas A&M tight ends coach Tim Brewster shared a photo on Twitter that showed some of the standout defensive backs who have played under Fisher.
There is one problem, though.
Not only is Fisher no longer affiliated with the program that allowed the players to be stars, but he apparently never coached them.
“Know I have nothing but respect for you Coach Brew but don’t use me on a poster for a school I didn’t go to & for a coach who didn’t teach me how to be a DB,” Ramsey wrote on Instagram.

Perhaps the next time you try to use a graphic as a recruiting tool you should ensure that the alumni and coaches are on board.
