The 2018 Big Ten Network officially kicked off on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden and continued on Thursday until just eight teams were left standing and the quarterfinal matchups were set.
Kicking off the action on Friday is a meeting between the No. 9-seed Wisconsin Badgers and top seed Michigan State Spartans at 12:00 p.m. ET on the Big Ten Network. The action will resume following that game with No. 5 Michigan vs. No. 4 Nebraska, before a brief break in the action.
When the tournament resumes in the evening, No. 7 seed Penn State will face No. 2 seed Ohio State, with No. 3 Purdue taking on the most surprising team of the Big Ten Tournament so far, No. 14 Rutgers, in the nightcap.
Every quarterfinal game will air on the Big Ten Network.
Tickets for today’s slate of games can be had for as low as $20.
The winner of today’s games will advance to the semifinals on Saturday, before the final two teams standing go head-to-head on Sunday evening to determine the 2018 Big Ten men’s basketball tournament champion.
