Ed Oliver is one of the top underclassmen in college football and the Houston football star is ready to go pro.
Oliver recently spoke to the media and declared his intentions to enter the 2019 NFL Draft following his junior season with the Cougars.
“This was a dream of mine coming in,” said Oliver, who spent last week in Indianapolis for the NCAA Elite Student-Athlete Symposium, via Sporting News. “I knew I was going on a business trip, and whether my business trip was three years or four years it just depended on how early I got on the field and how effective I was.”

The announcement comes as no surprise, with Oliver likely finding his way into the first round next spring.
