WATCH: Northeastern Women's Basketball Team Gets Stuck In Snow & Has To Push Bus

The Northeastern women’s basketball team is on its way to the Colonial Athletic Association Women’s Basketball Tournament which is taking place in Philadelphia. That means they had to drive through the wild snowstorm that struck the northeast and it wasn’t easy.
En route to the team hotel after practice, the Huskies bus got stuck in the snow, and that led to some unique team bonding.
With the team stranded on a snow-covered road, the players exited the bus, and all got together behind it to give a little push up the hill.
As you can hear in the video, the players didn’t seem to mind their moment in the snow.

Northeastern, the No. 4 seed in the tournament, will take the court against No. 5 seed Delaware in the quarterfinals on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. ET. The game will be held at Drexel’s Daskalakis Athletic Center with the winner advancing to Friday’s semifinals where the winner will advance to face either No. 1 seed Drexel or No. 8 seed UNCW.
The CAA Women’s Basketball Tournament championship game will be held on Saturday live on NBC Sports.
