While only 68 teams could reach the Big Dance, those that narrowly missed out will participate in the NIT beginning Tuesday, March 13 at various campuses across the country.
The NIT will conclude on Thursday, March 29 with the championship game at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Baylor, Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s and USC will serve as the No. 1 seeds in the tournament, while Louisville, Marquette, Oklahoma State and Utah serve as the No. 2 seeds.
