Wake up, it’s Wednesday, Sept. 26 and the week is in full swing. College life can be busy, so at times it can be tough to keep up with the daily news cycle. College Sports News

The Maxwell Football Club have announced their outstanding performers for Week 4 of the 2018 college football season. On Tuesday, Sept. 25, the Maxwell Award Player of the Week and Chuck Bednarik Award Player of the Week have been announced. The Player of the Week is awarded to the best overall performance on offense, defense or special teams, while the Bednarik Award is given for defensive excellence.

Clemson quarterback Kelly Bryant sat out of practice on Monday afternoon after the Tigers announced that true freshman Trevor Lawrence would be taking over the reigns of the offense for the No. 2 team in the country. Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said that Bryant was “emotional” after the news and he decided to give him the rest of the day off.

Meet Anna Dovgalyuk, a law student in Russia who is a social activist and recently went viral for trying to fight “manspreading” by pouring bleach on men’s laps.


Entertainment News

After years of delays, Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V finally has a release date. The album, which was is Lil Wayne’s twelfth studio album, will be released on Friday, September 28, at 12 a.m. EST.
