The game between the Chicago Cubs and Pittsburgh Pirates was supposed to be a celebration of Hispanic heritage, but instead, things turned ugly when an all-out brawl broke out in the bleachers at Wrigley Field.
The fight — which was captured online by Twitter user Danny Rocket, a Cubs podcaster — began in the 7th inning of the Cubs’ 5-1 loss to the Pirates. According to eye witnesses via the Daily Mail, the fight broke out because of racial slurs being hurled.
Two videos were posted, with one showing the fight and another showing more racial slurs being hurled.

Twitter went ahead and identified the man throwing slurs as Ahmad Damra, a marketing & management student at Indiana University Bloomington and a member of Phi Kappa Sigma. He is also listed as a member of the Indiana Army National Guard.
Once Damra realized he was being filmed, he can be heard telling Danny Rockett to stop filming him and that “if my unit sees this then I’m dead.”
It’s 2018, folks. Always assume that you are being recorded — especially if you’re being a racist and fighting in public.
