The college football bowl schedule continues on Thursday, December 27 with three games taking place throughout the day as we nurse our holiday hangovers. It is a nice appetizer for the College Football Playoff which officially kicks off over the weekend.
But for now, we will need to enjoy games in Shreveport, New York City, and Houston with the Walk-On’s Independence Bowl, New Era Pinstripe Bowl, and Academy Sports + Outdoors Texas Bowl, respectively.
The bowl season will run through Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, when the national championship takes place. The College Football Playoff semifinal games will air on Saturday, Dec. 29. This year, the semifinals will take place in the Capital One Orange Bowl and Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.
The College Football Playoff National Championship Presented by AT&T takes place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
