College Sports News

The NCAA Tournament is always one of the best sporting events of the year. The massive upsets combined with the buzzer beaters make March Madness a must watch sporting event. The brackets close on Thursday, March 21 at noon and here are 10 teams that are potential bracket busters.

Jake Olson lost his eyesight to cancer 12 years ago. However, his physical set back didn’t stop him from playing collegiate football with the USC Trojans. But Olson has always dreamed of a world where retinoblastoma (the disease that took his eyesight) would not affect anyone. Well, today Olson made strides towards his dream.

Today, we feature Sydney Nemtuda, a student-athlete at Florida Atlantic University. Sydney is a member of the Owls’ volleyball team. As a freshman member of the program, Nemtuda quickly earned a starting spot and was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman Team.

Entertainment News

Sophie Turner has won over the hearts of sports fans everywhere. Turner, who stars as Sansa Stark on the HBO hit show Game of Thrones, showed everyone that she is able to drink you under the table.

Boxing star Adrien Broner is in some hot water after a recent session on Instagram Live. The boxer went on a homophobic rant during his session where he ultimately ended up threatening to shoot gay people if they approached him.
