The Baylor women’s basketball team made their visit to the White House to celebrate their national championship on Monday, April 29. It was the first time since Donald Trump took office that a women’s national championship team was invited to the nation’s capital, but Trump did stick to one tradition.
When the Bears were ride to dine for lunch, they were treated to Trump’s signature fast food buffet complete with Wendy’s, Big Macs, Whoppers, Dominos Pizza, and a smorgasbord of other fast food staples.
While making their way through the fast food buffet, freshman forward NaLyssa Smith and freshman center Queen Egbo were filming on Instagram and could not contain their laughter.

The fast food buffet first was noticed when the Clemson Tigers football team made their trip to the White House following a win over the Alabama Crimson Tide. Since then, every college national champion that has made the trip to D.C. received the same treatment.
Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey, however, did not look too impressed.

Can you really blame her for that reaction? I mean, really, by now the White House should have figured out that nobody looks forward to eating cold fast food. But, at least Trump was happy, because he raved about the custom jersey he was presented and how it would allow him to show off his upper arms.

Trump was also treated to a national championship hat and autographed team ball.
