Though this season hasn’t been the most ideal for Kentucky, the Wildcats still know how important it is to stay strong and in shape throughout the season.
To give a better idea, thanks to posts from the basketball program’s Instagram, fans can see just how hard Kentucky’s players hit the weight room today.

Kentucky is currently ranked at No. 14 and holds a record of 19-6 (9-3 SEC), putting it in a tie with LSU for first place in the conference and this is after Class of 2015 No. 2 recruit and five-star center Skal Labissiere has proven to be an extraordinary bust. The Wildcats have won three in a row and are putting themselves in a prime position for a deep tournament run and if the players keep training as hard as they did today, then opposing teams had better prepare accordingly.
Kentucky takes on Tennessee on Thursday, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
