This year’s ACC Basketball Tournament takes place in Washington, D.C., and the ACC chose to market the tourney with a picture of the U.S. Capitol Building on its posters, like on the one seen below.
Just one problem. It’s not the Capitol on the poster.

Wow. That’s definitely the the PR that the ACC wanted in the weeks leading up to its conference tournament. Not only is that not the Capitol, but it’s almost definitely St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, so it’s not even like the ACC put a building that was at least in the United States!

Either way, the ACC needs to right this and quickly. Having anything in the nation’s capital is significant and to botch the poster in such a way is simply inexcusable. Simply put, money is going to have to be spent to correct the mistake, assuming the ACC opts to do that.
