The Arizona Wildcats basketball program received a ringing endorsement from former star turned NBA Finals MVP Andre Iguodala, who is playing in his second straight NBA Finals with the Golden State Warriors.
While speaking with the media prior to Game 2 of the series, Iguodala was asked about his defensive ability — which has been key for the Warriors slowing down Cavaliers star LeBron James.
Iguodala’s answer turned out to be a brilliant recruiting pitch for the Wildcats, as he said you should attend Arizona to be a great defender and prepare for the NBA.
