The Wisconsin Badgers are looking to get back to prominence in the Big Ten after failing to make the conference championship game in 2015. Their fans seem to be pretty excited for the upcoming season after they sold out the undergraduate season tickets in less than two hours.
According to Saturday Tradition, undergrad season tickets went on sale at 8:30 a.m. EST Monday morning and were all sold out by 10 a.m. EST.
Season tickets for graduate and professional students go on sale July 7 and if those are sold out, it would mark the 24th straight year the Badgers have sold the 14,000 allotted tickets.
Wisconsin opens its home slate against the Akron Zips on Sept. 10 and also has games against Georgia State, Ohio State, Nebraska, Illinois and Minnesota.
Their schedule has been called one of the toughest in the country this year.
It should be a fun year for the Badgers as they look to get to their fifth Big Ten Championship Game in its six years of existence.
