Tren’Davian Dickson officially enrolls at Houston

Tren’Davian Dickson is one of the first ex-Baylor enrollees to announce his commitment for the 2016 season and he will be staying in the state of Texas. The four-star wide receiver announced on Saturday that he will be transferring to play for the Houston Cougars.

Dickson was one of the many Baylor signees to request a release from his National Letter of Intent amid the school’s sexual assault allegations and the firing of former head coach Art Briles. He will certainly be able to help the Cougars out in his career.

However, Dickson, who also visited Oregon before deciding on Tom Herman’s club, will have to redshirt and sit out the 2016 season due to NCAA transfer rules. He is a very talented receiver who set multiple records at Navasota High School in Texas.

In 2014, Tren’Davian Dickson caught 39 touchdowns passes, a national single-season record, as a junior. He finished his career with 4,512 yards and 94 touchdowns in just three seasons.
