Mike the Tiger enjoys special Fourth of July treat

LSU’s Mike the Tiger might be entering the final stages of his life after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer a few months ago. If he is, the school is certainly trying to make his final days on Earth very special by giving him an awesome Fourth of July treat.

Last year, they gave him a dinner of meat shaped like a firework.

This year, they went all out by making his dinner in the shape of the United States of America with the stars being shaped like the original flag, representing the 13 original colonies.

Happy Independence Day, Tigers! #lsu

Mike the Tiger’s handlers are certainly dedicated to their craft of being some pretty awesome people. I don’t see a better way of celebrating America’s independence than with this amazing display.

Happy Fourth of July from everyone here at Campus Sports!
