The Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee has released the preliminary watch list for the 2014 Biletnikoff Award, which has honored the nation’s best receiver since 1994. Last year Brandin Cooks from Oregon State won the award with 128 Rec, 1730 Yds, and 16 TDs. With numbers like that many of the preliminary names on the watch list fall off the award’s radar quickly.
