Marshawn Lynch has been in the news since late last year for his post-game interviews or lack thereof. His infamous lines of “Yeah” and “You know why I’m here” have both angered and entertained sports fans and analysts everywhere. He’s once again back in the news with another memorable line.
In a video shared by BroBible, during the Golden State Warriors’ NBA championship celebration, Lynch was being interviewed alongside Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green’s mother, Mary-Babers Green.
Green gave a short speech about how proud she was of him for staying proud of “where he came from.” Lynch felt the same sentiment saying that his mother told him the same thing when he was a kid. He then threw down a line nobody was expecting to hear.
You can check out the short Vine clip of the interview below.

Whoa Marshawn. Calm down there buddy.
No, in all seriousness, this is honestly the most Lynch has said since before the SuperBowl media days in February. He got caught up in the emotions of the situation. Heck, I would too if the team I grew up cheering for had just won its first NBA title since 1975.
