The Indiana Hoosiers received some bad news on Tuesday when it was reported that sophomore guard James Blackmon Jr. would be forced to miss the remainder of the summer due to a meniscus injury.
Plenty of people were discussing the unfortunate setback, but there was one man in particular who was shocked for a different reason.
Enter NBA guard Brandon Jennings of Detroit Pistons.
The main thing that stuck out to Jennings was Blackmon’s appearance. Blackmon, who is an impressive shooter with great range, is only 20 years old. However, he does seem to be mature well beyond his years. That prompted the following comment from the NBA player.

Geez. Take it easy on the poor kid.
To Jennings’ credit, we would have never guessed Blackmon was only 20 from this photo. Then again, looks can be deceiving. Looking older than he was didn’t hold back LeBron James one bit.
