GoPro cameras have become “in” thing to have in the last five years or so. Whether you are going swimming in the Pacific or go-karting with your buddies, you should probably have one to just say you have one.
This golfer decided that he was going to get a cool shot of him making a great swing on a normal day out on the course. Too bad his shot didn’t lift as quickly as he would have hoped and absolutely destroyed his $300 action camera. USA Today’s For The Win had the video.
Okay, first and most importantly. WHY IS THE CAMERA IN FRONT OF YOU? I understand if you want a cool shot and everything, but you could at least put it the camera on the golf cart. Heck, it would have looked equally as cool if you bought a headstrap and wore the camera.
I mean, you yourself would have looked like a doofus, but at least your shot would have been cool and your camera wouldn’t be broken.
Next time, just skip all the theatrics and play some damn golf. Or, do a better job and get your swing right before trying to show off.
