College football fandom is a wonderful thing. It can also get a bit intense, but not necessarily in a bad way. Just ask ESPN analyst Darren Rovell, who tweeted this picture of someone who is probably a very happy Penn State Nittany Lions cake.

First off, excellent cake. Second, this groom’s bride just scored a bunch of wife points by allowing her husband to have such a groom’s cake at their wedding.
I’m planning my own wedding now and my better half has sadly not allowed me a sports-themed cake of my own.
But enough about me. The fact of the matter is that this is a clever take on the iconic “We are…Penn State” motto and, be it just one half of the couple or both members, someone in this relationship loves their team.
Hopefully, the honeymoon is immediate and doesn’t conflict with Penn State’s season opener against Temple on Sept. 5.
