On Monday morning, the Michigan Wolverines announced their non-conference schedule for the 2015 basketball season. The early non-conference opponents leave a lot to be desired, but as the season goes on Michigan will face some stiff challenges.
The toughest opponents will come at the Battle 4 Atlantis — which features the likes of UConn, Gonzaga, Texas and Syracuse in the field.
Michigan will also play North Carolina State and SMU on the road.
With the strong opponents prior to Big Ten play, the Wolverines should be battle tested just in time for the season to heat up.
