Florida State has announced that sophomore wide receiver Jesus Wilson was suspended from the team after he was arrested for the theft of a motor scooter .
Wilson will be facing a felony charge and was released from jail on $2500 bond. Although suspended, Wilson can still practice with the team.
The Seminoles were already facing questions at wide receiver and Wilson’s absence will certainly not help.
Florida State lost two starters after Kelvin Benjamin left early for the NFL and Kenny Shaw graduated after helping the school win their first title since 1999.
Jimbo Fisher will likely look to Travis Rudolph and Ermon Lane, both true freshman, for immediate playing time at the position.
