The Georgia Bulldogs and South Carolina Gamecocks released depth charts on Tuesday, just a few short days before the two teams face off in an SEC showdown. The No. 6 Bulldogs (1-0) will visit the No. 24 Gamecocks (1-1, 0-1 SEC) in Columbia.

All-SEC LB Ramik Wilson is back as the No. 1 MIKE linebacker after being listed behind Tim Kimbrough against Clemson. Wilson tied for second most tackles two weeks ago with seven total, five solo and two assisted. Second team JACK LB Davin Bellamy will not see action this weekend, he is serving his second of his two-game suspension from a DUI. The Georgia defense allowed just one first down and merely 15 yards in the second half against Clemson.

Just like on offense, there are no new changes from last week’s game but it differs from Week 1’s game against Texas A&M. Jordan Diggs is starting over Sharrod Golightly at spur, and at cornerback, Rico McWilliams is playing over Al Harris, Jr. TJ Gurley and Chris Moody are both playing over Kadetrix Marcus and Chaz Elder at safety.
South Carolina’s adjustment at defense improved between Week 1 and 2 with the depth chart changes, allowing East Carolina to 453 yards compared to the 680 they allowed against Texas A&M.

South Carolina’s special teams remain the same as the past two games.
The Bulldogs have struggled in the past when playing at Williams-Brice Stadium. In the last nine visits to Columbia, Georgia has yet to score more than 20 points. Georgia’s latest trip in 2012 resulted in a 35-7 loss. Overall, Georgia leads the series 47-17-2.
