SEC Network analyst Tim Tebow officially signs with Eagles

Tim Tebow never gave up on his dream to become a quarterback in the National Football League and now he is being rewarded for that patient with another opportunity in the league.

On Sunday, reports surfaced that the Philadelphia Eagles were set to sign the former Heisman Trophy winner and Florida Gators great.

Monday afternoon, the team officially announced the signing of Tim Tebow to a one-year deal.

Tebow still faces an uphill battle to make the Eagles’ regular season roster for the 2015-16 regular season, but he has been given the opportunity and that is what matters the most.

If there is one thing no one can take away from Tebow, it is his work ethic.

Whether he will be able to convince Chip Kelly that he is a good fit for his system and a potential contributor for the Eagles moving forward remains to be seen.

In the meantime, can we get the Philadelphia Eagles on Hard Knocks?
