The annual Phil Steele rankings are out, with a projected top 25 for the upcoming college football season. Topping Steele’s list is the defending champion Ohio State Buckeyes, while the TCU Horned Frogs and Alabama Crimson Tide round out the top three.
The fourth team on the rankings is Baylow, with the Oregon Ducks rounding out the top five.
