It was just last season that the Miami Hurricanes unveiled some new Nike uniforms. The look was short-lived, however, with Miami set to unveil a new set of threads for the upcoming season after switching to adidas.
Hurricanes beatwriter Matt Porter passed along the news on social media that the team is planning on unveiling the new look in the summer.
Because everyone loves jerseys: Miami is planning to release new Adidas jerseys in July, James said. The design is finalized.

Plenty of fans will be eager to see what adidas does with the Hurricanes uniforms this season.
After the mixed reviews for their final Nike look, Miami will probably be looking to make a drastic improvement.
The first time Miami will wear their new uniforms on the field will be on Sept. 5 against Bethune-Cookman.
