The Texas A&M Aggies have landed another quarterback commit.
On Saturday afternoon, junior college transfer Jake Hubenak announced that he has agreed to sign with the Aggies.

Hubenak joins a stable of quarterbacks that includes Kyle Allen and five-star recruit Kyler Murray.
Hubenak has been on Texas A&M’s radar since last season when the Kenny Hill situation came to light and he built a strong relationship with the staff that led to him eventually joining the team.
“I had started talking to A&M around the time that everything was happening with (former starting quarterback) Kenny Hill,” Hubenak said, via 247 Sports. “They contacted me and let me know they were interested because he was leaving and because they weren’t sure if Kyler would be going baseball or not. They needed depth at quarterback.
“I’ve been talking to coach (Jeff) Banks for a while and then coach (Jake) Spavital and coach (Kevin) Sumlin had reassured me that I had a place in the class no matter what.”
It will be interesting to see whether Hubenak is able to become a factor in the quarterback competition.
