Well, it looks like that off-season speculation as to what the future holds for Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller can finally be put to rest.
Even before it was reported that Miller has been cleared to start throwing with his surgically repaired shoulder, the senior hinted to his Instagram following that he is ready to compete at the highest level.
Miller posted a selfie which features various football awards he has won throughout his career in the background.
Whether he actually keeps that hardware on his kitchen counter has not been confirmed.
Miller was sidelined after sustaining injury to his throwing shoulder in the 2014 Orange Bowl and did not participate in the Buckeyes national title game — as if the ongoing jokes about OSU’s round-robin of quarterbacks didn’t already tell you that.
But it is looking like Miller will be in the mix to compete for that starting job again. Maybe he will even add another trophy or two to his collection.
