Missouri’s Harold Brantley seriously injured in car accident

It was a one car accident that occurred after Brantley lost control of his vehicle, struck a guard rail and overturned.

Brantley was driving the car with one passenger, Madeleine Stock, who is a member of the Missouri women’s basketball team. Despite suffering just minor injuries, Stock was transported to the hospital.

Neither of the victims in the crash, age 21, were wearing their seatbelts.

Last season, Brantley recorded 54 tackles, 5 sacks and 7 tackles for loss. He earned honorable mention All-SEC honors from the Associated Press. Going into the season, Brantley was listed as the starting defensive tackle.
