Guy pretends he was drafted in NBA Draft, parties in NYC

Connor Toole currently works for Elite Daily. He also happens to be 6-foot-10. So, when he showed up to the Barclays Center for last night’s NBA Draft, he was getting plenty of attention from fans.

In fact, Toole had people convinced that he was a NBA prospect.

“It turns out if you wear a suit, act really confident and are also 7 feet tall, it’s really easy.” he said.

After the draft, Toole made his way around New York City with a Utah Jazz hat on and everyone wanted to party with the man who they believed was one of the NBA’s newest players.

During the celebration, Toole took plenty of selfies, received a LOT of free drinks and some special attention from the jersey chasers.
