The LSU Tigers football program has dismissed defensive tackle Trey Lealaimatafao following his arrest for a number of charges earlier this month, including battery as he allegedly punched a woman in the face.
Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman reported Lealaimatafao’s dismissal.
#LSU has dismissed DT Trey Lealaimatafao. He'd been arrested for, among other things, punching a woman in the face.

No surprises here, ladies and gentlemen.
Tigers head coach Les Miles runs a notoriously tight ship and with the NFL and the sports world in general taking a strong stand against violence against women, dismissing Lealaimatafao from the program was an easy decision.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Lealaimatafao has been in trouble with the team, as the former three-star recruit did not play a single game as a freshman last season following incidents involving him stealing a bicycle as well as punching through a weight room mirror.
Needless to say, his football future is cloudy.
