Ex-FSU Chris Thompsen shows gratitude to Seminoles

Many athletes have said that there is nothing like the experience of playing in college. As a pro athlete, you could get traded and end up playing for two or three different teams in your career.

You will change your allegiance with every trade, but one thing will never change if you played in college. You will always love, support and cheer for the college or university you attended and nothing will break this bond.

Redskins running back Chris Thompson knows all of this to be true.

Thompson attended Florida State for four years before going to the NFL. Thompson has not forgot about his time at FSU and Seminoles football have now showed they have not forgotten about him after putting his picture up in their practice facility.

Thompson showed his gratitude by posting a picture on Instagram describing what the gesture meant to him.
