The Elite 11 is widely recognized as one of the nation’s top high school quarterback camps. Well, you can’t run a camp without counselors and Penn State University’s Christian Hackenberg was hired to develop some of country’s top signal callers.
Throughout the camp, the counselors were called upon to show both their talents on and off the field and Hackenberg was caught in full swing during one of the camp’s Yoga sessions.

In 2016, Hackenberg has been projected by many NFL Draft analysts to be among the best draft eligible quarterbacks, but has several areas in which need drastic improvements. Still, Hackenberg has relied on strong off-the-field preparation to increase his level of play.
Yoga is known to be a meditation of both the mind and body and Hackenberg could use the practice managing expectations as he heads into the 2015 campaign.
